Block Listing Application

Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, provides notification that a block listing application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of up to 507,472 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time in order to satisfy the potential requirement to allot shares under the Manolete Partners plc Company Share Option Plan 2018. It is expected that admission will become effective on 30 November 2021.

When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the capital of the Company.
